Hi, I'm Becca! I'm a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer providing massage & sports recovery services in Raleigh North Carolina.
I grew up playing a variety of sports and have always found myself in a gym, a group class, or working out at home. Naturally I fell in love with this industry and sustaining an active & healthy lifestyle.
Now I am combining my love for fitness and passion for helping others by providing a holistic fitness recovery service in downtown Raleigh.
I believe each client is unique, therefore my services are completely customizable versus a one size fits all model. I have a passion for learning and will always find innovating ways to help my clients reach their goals with reduced downtimes.
I’ve worked with numerous pro, retired & armature athletes. As well as college athletes, high school hopefuls, marathon runners and individuals on their own personal fitness journey.
I also love working with individuals who find themselves with occupational aches & pains.
I was fortunate enough to work with a couple of teams at the 2024 TST Soccer Tournament in Cary, NC.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you recover.

Offering 30, 60 & 90min recovery sessions for a flat fee and custom tailored to your personal needs. This takes the guessing game away from you as the client on what kind of session fits you best.
Each session includes: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, IASTM/Scraping, Kinesio Taping, Stretching & more for a lasting affect even after leaving.
We’ve also recently added Achedaway’s cutting edge HEATED scrapers as well as Rapid Release’s NEW Vibration Therapy!
We also offer Infrared Sauna Sessions & Leg Compression Therapy for all your recovery needs. You can choose to add these on after a recovery session for a discounted rate to elevate your recovery session, or when you need it during our normal business hours.
