Choose either a 45 minute or 90 minute recovery session for a flat fee and custom tailored to your personal needs. Each session includes: Sports Massage, Cupping, IASTM, Kinesio Taping, Stretching & Hot/Cold Topicals for a lasting affect even after leaving.
We also offer Infrared Sauna sessions & Leg Compression Therapy for all your recovery needs. You can choose to add these on after a recovery session for a discounted rate, or when you need it during our normal business hours.

Hi, I'm Becca! I'm a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer providing services in Raleigh North Carolina.
I am native North Carolinian who has spent 11 years in the veterinary field.I grew up playing a variety of sports and have always found myself in a gym, a group class, or working out at home.Naturally I fell in love with this industry and sustaining an active lifestyle.
Now I am combining my love for fitness and passion for helping others by providing a holistic fitness recovery service.
I believe each client is unique, therefore my services are completely customizable versus a one size fits all model.I have a passion for learning and will always find innovating ways to help my clients reach their goals with reduced downtimes.

Soft tissue manipulation to help increase blood flow, range of motion, immune function, decrease stress, pain, joint inflammation, blood pressure & helps improve sleep.
Helps decrease pain & inflammation while increasing blood flow to more troublesome areas, & improve range of motion. Non painful bruising can sometimes happen depending on the method used.
Instruments allow more direct manipulation of soft tissue. Improving mobility and decrease pain & inflammation. Pressure varies from feathery light touch for acute pain to deeper depth for relaxation.

45 minute sessions are great if you are experiencing discomfort in 1-2 areas.
90 minute sessions are perfect for a full body flush with a focus on 3-4 areas if needed.

What is Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization? (IASTM)
Instruments allow more direct manipulation of soft tissue while increasing mobility, decreasing pain and inflammation. The use of these instruments can very from light, feathery touch to deeper tissue depth and work more with the neurologic and fascial system. A common misconception is that this technique "releases" muscles when in fact, it does not. It takes 2,000 lbs of pressure to truly manipulate any muscle tissue.
What is Kinesio Taping or Skin Taping?
The placement of kinesio tape can help improve fascial alignment and decrease pain and inflammation at a neurologic level. It is a common misconception that taping "supports muscles", but it communicates with the skin and the 2 layers of epidermis and fascia.
What is Cupping?
Cupping started in Egypt as "wet cupping" or blood letting for disease, but as it begun to spread throughout the world, "dry cupping" emerged. Cupping can help decrease pain and inflammation. Most people recognize this technique since some people can be left with circular bruising. These tend to not be painful and can subside after a few days or week. There are many different ways to cup and some do not leave marks.

What Should I Wear?
Comfortable/Gym like clothes should be worn during sessions. If upper extremities are being worked on, please wear a T-shirt or sleeveless shirt and for lower extremities shorts should be worn. Sports bras are preferred for women to prevent exposure since we do not use linens on the massage table.
